PRISMA - Micro DOS  Micro DOS : Description

 - Thanks to its reduced overall dimensions (the space
   occupied corresponds to the sill thickness), the Micro is
   fitted to the car front wall and therefore it doesn't project
   onto the car roof.

 - The DC motor equipping the MICRO is controlled by the
   "FOX" electronic regulator. The system is powered with
   single phase 230 VAC.

 - The specific characteristics and the versatility of the Micro,
   the possibility of using the Mini Sill system (sill with
   reduced overall dimensions, 25mm for each sliding groove),
   the complete opening range for 2, 3, 4 and 6 panels, the
   absence of limit switches, its light weight and a pre-
   arrangement for opening in case of a power outage;
   all these features make the MICRO the ideal operator for
   modernising existing lifts.

PRISMA - Sinus DOS  Sinus DOS : Description

 - The Sinus is an arm driven operator with a 3 phase 415V AC
   motor. Speed control is harmonically mechanical via
   the door arms.

 - To prevent rebound problems associated with arm drive
   units, Prisma use a chain traction system which enables
   the driving roller, assembled on the arm, to operate
   tangentially on the chain thus improving the system
   silence. The chain in its turn develops a diagonal
   (not vertical) reaction force, with no effect on the roller,
   thus avoiding rebound.

PRISMA - Linear DOS  Linear DOS : Description

 - The Linear is a belt driven operator with a brushless motor
   and electronic control.

 - The brushless motors mean no maintenance is required and
   are particularly suitable to obtain high torque for a few
   seconds and for automatic lift doors.

 - The system includes a Jaguar drive, a brushless motor and
   an encoder. The drive has 17 adjustable parameters to
   allow setting for optimum performance. It is possible to
   adjust sperately all speeds, acceleration and braking ramps
   during opening and closing phases, and torque and safety
   device values for opened and closed doors. The system is
   supplied with preset parameters. These are changed with a
   programming keypad supplied on request. Limit switches are
   not required since the open and close positions of the doors
   are automatically learnt.

 - Sinus and linear DOS offer three levels of robustness
   depending on the lift traffic and on the weight of the door
   panels.

 - Slim: Is suitable for standard traffic. The sliding rollers
   have a standard diameter. It is suitable for light duty,
   with a maximum panel weight of 30kg.

 - Medium: the sliding rollers have a bigger diameter (67mm).
   The maximum weight for each panel is 38kg.

 - Large: Is suitable for large clear openings and heavy door
   panels. Beside the large sliding rollers reinforced top tracks
   are provided. In the standard version the maximum weight
   for each panel is 60kg. On request it is available in a
   version suitable for 90kg panels.


GAL MOVFR  GAL MOVFR : Description
 - Parameter unit is capable of holding 5 sets of parameters
   and allows programming of the speeds, torques,
   acceleration and deceleration. Fast and easy fine tuning,
   especially on multi car banks.
 - Optional 'heavy door' input to comply with the kinetic
   energy requirements found in the ASME A17.1 2000+ codes
 - Plug & play door protection - choose your product, Adams,
   Formula Systems, Janus, T.L. Jones,Tri-tronics. Edges
   bought from GAL plug directly into the operator.
 - Closed loop - regulated speed via motor performance
   feedback. Perfect consistency from floor to floor.
   Automatic adjustment for wind and door conditions.
 - LED indication on all I/O, including speed zone during opening
   and closing. Plus test switches for open, close and nudging.
 - Universal voltage inputs from 24 to 300V AC or DC.

Landing Door Package  Landing Door Package : Description
 - Designed around the well-proven GAL door gear the modular
   design provides a compact unit manufactured from high
   quality primed zintec steel giving a very robust unit.
   The sill can be standard aluminium or phosphor bronze.
 - The doors are prepared for GAL drop flag lock release,
   but can be prepared to client requirements.
 - A choice of finishes are available from plain to patterned
   coloured stainless steel.
 - The folded box section frames carry all fixings for top
   tracks and locks with doors arranged for nylon door slippers,
   pick up rollers and closers. Both fire certified and standard
   entrances are fully adjustable for door to post clearances.
 - Frames are supplied disassembled for ease of site access and
   transportation, and are assembled on site with 8 setscrews.
 - Compatible car door packages are available with sill nosing,
   support angle and apron, and can be prepared for any
   requested safety edge.
 - Full range of car and landing door panels can be
   manufactured to suit most replacement requirements
   including heavy construction vandal resistant designs.
