DDA Interface System  DDA Interface System : Features

 - As part of the lift compliance (EN81-70) to the DDA act, a
   lift should have both visual and audible position indication.
   We recognise that retro fitting indicators and speech would
   normally require modifications to the existing control system,
   and this requires a high degree of technical knowledge
   and in some cases would not be possible.
 - This system is designed to interface with ILE indicators and
   speech units which can be installed to an existing lift
   lift installation without neccessity to modify the existing
   control panel.
 - Our solution is a package that gives floor indication without
   the need to modify the control circuits. This is achieved by
   the installation of a tape head detector connected with a
   relay interface to give the appropriate signals. The
   only connection needed is a 240VAC supply.
